What You Will Learn During Orientation

Caregivers receive orientation, caregiver expectations, agency policies, and training materials designed to support professional, compassionate, and dependable care in the home.

Orientation may include communication, client safety, confidentiality, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, professionalism, documentation expectations, and compassionate care practices. Caregivers are provided with reading materials, caregiver handouts, and agency guidance to help them feel prepared, supported, and confident while serving clients.
