Waivers provide assistance with daily activities, such as bathing dressing and meal preparation at some point of your life due to aging, injury, illness, or disability.COMMCARE WaiverThis waiver provides services for individuals age 21 or older with a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury and helps them to remain as independent as possible.OBRA WaiverThis waiver provides services for individuals age 18 to 60 with developmental physical disabilities to help them to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.INDEPENDENCE WaiverAttendant Care WaiverAttendant care program enables individuals age 18 to 59 with physical disabilities to live in their own homes and communities.AGING WaiverThis program provides services to eligible individuals age 60 or older that are clinically eligible for nursing facility care.What are Waiver Services?This program provides services for individuals age 18 to 60 physical disabilities to allow them to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.Employment
